LIQUOR LICENSE
We do not carry a liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure all permits required for the event.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Alcohol will be served in accordance with Maryland State Liquor laws and regulations. The Servicer will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). The Servicer will require proof of age (I.D.) for all guests of a questionable age partaking in alcoholic beverages. The Servicer will not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol during the event given by another adult.
Our bartenders are TAM-certified (Techniques of Alcohol Management). However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Buzzed Mobile Bartending Services reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment. Buzzed Mobile Bartending Services works with you to make the call.
GRATUITY
Service fees do not include gratuity for the bartender, which can be handled one of two ways, you may allow a tip jar to be placed on mobile bartending service bar which is the preferred method, or opt in “hosted gratuity” in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pays $2.00 per guest.
PAYMENT
All packages require a Non-Refundable retainer of $100.00 to secure date. The total balance due will need to be paid (1 week) before the date of the event. Buzzed Mobile Bartending Services cannot perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received. The retainer is non-refundable once the date is secured and staff is scheduled. However, you can reschedule with another date up to 1 month (30 days) later and use the retainer for the rescheduled event. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, PayPal, or Cash App.
HOST DUTIES
The Host(s) are to provide any liquor, wine, beer, sodas, juices, ice and glassware if needed.
TRAVEL
The location to be secured upon receiving $100 Non-Refundable retainer. Any changes in location must be provided within 30 Days of deposit. Failure to give a change in location will be an additional $25.
